Processing Time

Orders containing in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 7 business days. All items in a single order will be shipped together once everything is ready. We are unable to combine separate orders. Each order will ship individually, even if placed on the same day.

 

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, most packages are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary based on location, carrier, and selected shipping service.

 

The Mauka Brand is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they are with the shipping carrier. However, we are more than happy to help guide you through the process of locating or reporting your shipment if needed.

 

Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

For international customers, please be aware that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. Buyers are responsible for these fees. The Mauka Brand is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.
