Final Sale Items

All items marked “All Sales Final” or purchased during promotional sale events are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to update or modify our return and exchange policy at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. By continuing to use our site after updates are posted, you agree to and accept those changes.

All sale items, items purchased using a discount code, trucker hats, and Coffee items are final sale and non-returnable.

 

Returns & Size Exchanges (Full-Priced Items)

We hope you love your Mauka gear—but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help. We offer exchanges for a different size or store credit on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds.

To start a return or exchange, please email us info@themaukabrand.com Please do not send back any items before receiving email approval.

 

Return Guidelines

  • Returns must be initiated and mailed within 14 days of your delivery date.

  • Once received, we will inspect the item(s). If approved:

    • Store credit will be issued via email (credit does not expire and is valid online only).

    • Size exchanges will be shipped out promptly.

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and in perfect, resellable condition. 

  • Returns that are soiled, mishandled, or laundered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

 

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has been delivered.

 

Size Exchanges

After receiving approval via email:

  1. Mail your item(s) to the return address provided within 5 business days.

  2. Email us the tracking number so we can monitor the return.

 

To Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@themaukabrand.com

  2. Submit your request and wait for email approval before mailing your item.

  3. Do not send back any items before receiving an official approval email.

 

Event Sales & Non-Clothing Merchandise

All items sold at events are final sale. No returns will be accepted.

 

Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us at info@themaukabrand.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo and brief description of the defect.
Once approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost to you.
