Medium Roast – Washed Process

This clean and refined roast is made using the Washed Process, where ripe cherries are handpicked, pulped, and fully washed before drying—removing all mucilage and pulp to reveal the pure bean flavor.
Cupping Notes: Bright and delicate aroma with rich acidity. Expect a balanced cup with hints of plum, citrus, and chocolate undertones, finishing clean and sweet with a lingering aftertaste.
Dark Roast – Natural Process
For those who love a deeper, fruit-forward flavor.
Our Natural Process dark roast delivers a bold, robust flavor. Beans are dried in their whole cherry, allowing them to absorb natural sugars and fruit complexity before roasting to a bold finish.
Cupping Notes: Full-bodied with notes of cherry, strawberry, and passion fruit, wrapped in warm spice tones like cinnamon and cedar. Finished with rich cocoa and molasses, this roast shines as a pour-over or espresso.
